Counselling
Your mental health and wellness are just as important as your physical health. Through counselling, you have the opportunity to discuss matters that are important to you with an objective, non-judgmental professional in a safe space. In sessions we will collaboratively discuss goals and learn strategies to achieve those goals regardless of how big or small the concern may be.
I use a client-centered, strengths based approach with some Cognitive Behavioural influence if appropriate. Through the therapeutic relationship we can determine what approach will best suit your needs.
